I remember back in one of my high school classes, the teacher asked us to write on a sheet of paper "what do you want to be written on your tombstone". It was a question that I have not thought about in a long time, but once again, the question came up again during church a few weeks back, albeit phrased differently, the intent was the same - for the audience to reflect on how they want to be remembered.
Life has a tendency to race by you so fast. So many memories seem like yesterday, but yet, are so far away. Especially for myself, since I've started to work - time flies! It re-awakes the soul to reflect on how we want to be remembered, as it helps to answer the question of how we want to live - and from that assess how our current path lines up and then take the necessary steps to re-align.
