Let the tears run

Sometimes it's good to just allow the tears run and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you.  It's surprising how we don't even realize the ways we've been hurt until we ask for Him to show us and to reveal to us the things of our own hearts.  And often, when He does, we just need to let the tears run - we need to let the heart express itself.
